Refund/Cancellation Policy
- If you purchase any of our services, you can cancel at any time within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Because we begin rendering services immediately you make a purchase, we might not be able to issue a full refund if you decide to cancel, depending on when you decide to cancel. Refunds will be issued as follows:
- 100% refund if cancellation is done within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
- 80% refund if cancellation is done after twenty-four (24) hours but on/before three (3) days from date of purchase.
- 50% refund if cancellation is done after three (3) days but on/before fifteen (15) days from date of purchase.
- 25% refund if cancellation is done after fifteen (15) days but on/before thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
- No refund will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date the refund request was approved.
